Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q If I book a tour do I have to
pay straight away with my credit card? A We require a credit
card to secure all bookings but cash can be used on the day of travel
if requested at time of booking.
Q Can I touch the koalas on your
tours? A We are not allowed to
touch koalas here in Victoria but we certainly have the chance to get
close to them on our Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island Tours.
Q What type of lunch is included
on your Great Ocean Road Tour MB1? A We have a choice of 8
dishes for lunch (ie fish & chips, chicken schnitzel sandwich,
cheese & spinach roll with chips & salad etc) and yes,
vegetarians are catered for.
Q Do you pick up from all the
hotels in Melbourne? A We pick up from most
of the city hotels, otherwise our departure point is at our city office
which is central at 248 Swanston Street (about 10 minutes walk from the
city train stations). We will advise at the time of booking where the
closest joining place will be.
Q Why do you get back earlier on
your Great Ocean Road than some of the other operators? A Having a smaller group
means it does not take as much time getting on and off the vehicle and
at stops. In fact, we can actually add more to our itineraries with our
smaller size and still get back at a reasonable time.
Q What if we have a small group
and want to go somewhere different? A Just let us know and
we can offer you individual itineraries to suit your party – like a
private tour.
Q Why do you get back at a
different time throughout the year on the Penguin Parade Tours? A The Penguins come in
at dusk and the time changes through out the year. That is why it is
later in summer when it is light later and earlier in winter when it
gets dark earlier. |
